"This three-story brick Victorian apartment building is a relatively rare example of 19th-century multifamily housing in Kansas. Each of the multiple entry points on the main facade is marked by an exterior stair leading to a covered porch. A similarly pleasing and well-scaled composition is employed on the second street facade, and an angled turret cleverly resolves their intersection at the corner."
